It’s Always Picnic Time was born from a simple belief: life’s most meaningful moments happen when people slow down and connect.

What began as a passion for hosting intimate outdoor gatherings grew into a full-service event company, transforming the timeless tradition of picnics into beautifully designed, personalized experiences.

Founder and Event Designer Sujheil Garate brings professional event-planning experience and a strong background in floral and creative design. She has developed her floral skills through training with florists in Europe and Brazil and has continued strengthening her business expertise through Miami-Dade programs, including Focus and Scale Up, and most recently through a Goldman Sachs business program.

Today, our mission remains the same: to create thoughtful, personal, and unforgettable celebrations while making the planning process easy and stress-free for our clients.
