Drink Station: Refreshing drinks to keep the kids hydrated and happy. Experience: Make your child's special day unforgettable with a delightful picnic experience designed just for kids. With themed decor, fun activities, and a cozy setting, all you need to do is sit back and enjoy as the little ones have the time of their lives. Booking Information: To book your Kids' Picnic Adventure, select the desired date and time, then complete the booking form. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Our team will reach out within 24-48 hours to confirm details and finalize your booking. Additional Information: Custom themes are available upon request. Cancellation Policy
This Master Rental Agreement (Agreement), dated as on this form, is by and between Icons Intelligent Consulting Corp/DBA Its Always Picnic Time and the party listed herein (Client). In consideration of renting and use of the equipment described herein (the Rental Items), It's Always Picnic Time and The client agrees as follows: 1. Scope of Master Agreement. This Agreement makes the sole agreement between the Client and It's Always Picnic Time. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Its Always Picnic Time harmless for any claims from the Client use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the Client's negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defense of such claims. By accepting delivery of Rental Items, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions shown on this Agreement. 2. Order Consent. The Client authorizes the conversion of the quote to order by telephone or electronic communication. A physical signature is not required from the Client to confirm the order. Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before you submit your payment. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or the "User") and It's Always Picnic Time ("we"). By using our online services made available at https://www.itsalwayspicnictime.com/ or such other address as may be used by It's Always Picnic Time. User agrees to comply with all of the : (i) Terms; and (ii) It's Always Picnic Time Privacy Policy, found at https://www.itsalwayspicnictime.com, and incorporated herein by reference.
