Your picnic party will be delivered and set up at your home rental or a beach location. Fully Customizable: Tailor your picnic experience to match your vision and preferences. From theme selection to decor choices, every detail can be personalized to create your dream celebration. 3-Hour Duration: Extended time available upon request and availability. Full-Service Package: Delivery (within Miami-Dade), setup, pack up, and cleaning. Comfortable Seating: Picnic setup with rugs, blankets, floor cushions, and high-quality decor. Elegant Table Setting: Custom low-laying picnic tables with gold flatware, linen napkins, ceramic plates, and wine/champagne glasses for each guest. Bali Umbrella: Adds a touch of elegance and shade. Floral Arrangements: Beautiful natural flower arrangements to enhance the ambiance. Drink Station: Includes ice, water, and non-alcoholic sparkling beverages. Bose Bluetooth Speaker: For your listening pleasure. Flower Crown for the Bride: A special flower crown for the bride-to-be to wear during the celebration. Basket with chips, crackers, nuts, and a mini jar of jam. Prices: Minimum 4 Guests: $450 for delivery. Additional Guests: $100 per person. Booking Information: To secure your date, please complete the booking form. A $200 deposit is required to reserve your slot. Once the booking is completed, our staff will contact you within 24-48 hours. Additional Information: An additional delivery fee applies for locations outside of Miami-Dade. Cancellation Policy
This Master Rental Agreement (Agreement), dated as on this form, is by and between Icons Intelligent Consulting Corp/DBA Its Always Picnic Time and the party listed herein (Client). In consideration of renting and use of the equipment described herein (the Rental Items), It's Always Picnic Time and The client agrees as follows: 1. Scope of Master Agreement. This Agreement makes the sole agreement between the Client and It's Always Picnic Time. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Its Always Picnic Time harmless for any claims from the Client use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the Client's negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defense of such claims. By accepting delivery of Rental Items, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions shown on this Agreement. 2. Order Consent. The Client authorizes the conversion of the quote to order by telephone or electronic communication. A physical signature is not required from the Client to confirm the order. Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before you submit your payment. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or the "User") and It's Always Picnic Time ("we"). By using our online services made available at https://www.itsalwayspicnictime.com/ or such other address as may be used by It's Always Picnic Time. User agrees to comply with all of the : (i) Terms; and (ii) It's Always Picnic Time Privacy Policy, found at https://www.itsalwayspicnictime.com, and incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must cease using the Services (as defined below) and the Website. These Terms constitute an agreement between It's Always Picnic Time and you and contain the entire terms of your use of the Website and Services, and all matters which are referred to herein. These Terms supersede any prior written or oral agreement relating to such matters. We may change these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion and without notice, and you agree to be bound by such changes. You should periodically review this site for such changes.
