This Master Rental Agreement (Agreement), dated as on this form, is by and between Icons Intelligent Consulting Corp/DBA Its Always Picnic Time and the party listed herein (Client). In consideration of renting and use of the equipment described herein (the Rental Items), It's Always Picnic Time and The client agrees as follows: 1. Scope of Master Agreement. This Agreement makes the sole agreement between the Client and It's Always Picnic Time. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Its Always Picnic Time harmless for any claims from the Client use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the Client's negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defense of such claims. By accepting delivery of Rental Items, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions shown on this Agreement. 2. Order Consent. The Client authorizes the conversion of the quote to order by telephone or electronic communication. A physical signature is not required from the Client to confirm the order. Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before you submit your payment. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or the "User") and It's Always Picnic Time ("we").
