2-Hour Experience: Enjoy a magical, two-hour sunset picnic in a picturesque setting. Instagram-Worthy Styling: Perfectly styled for a memorable and photogenic evening. Signature Picnic Seating: Features a custom-made picnic table for two guests. Elegant Table Setting: Includes gold flatware, linen napkins, premium disposable plates, and wine/champagne glasses. Comfortable Furnishings: Rugs or blankets and an assortment of floor cushions for ultimate comfort. Romantic Lighting: Decorative light accents to enhance the romantic atmosphere. Floral Accent: A small floral arrangement to add a touch of elegance. Drink Station: Includes ice, mineral water, and two non-alcoholic beverages. Basket with chips, crackers, nuts, and a mini jar of jam. Standing roses on the sand are not included in the package but can be added as an optional add-on. Booking Information: To book your Sunset Picnic, select your desired date and time, then complete the booking form. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time slot. The remaining balance must be paid within 72 hours before the picnic. Locations: We offer picnics in Monroe County, Hollywood Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and West Palm Beach for an additional cost. Cancellation Policy
This Master Rental Agreement (Agreement), dated as on this form, is by and between Icons Intelligent Consulting Corp/DBA Its Always Picnic Time and the party listed herein (Client). In consideration of renting and use of the equipment described herein (the Rental Items), It's Always Picnic Time and The client agrees as follows: 1. Scope of Master Agreement. This Agreement makes the sole agreement between the Client and It's Always Picnic Time. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Its Always Picnic Time harmless for any claims from the Client use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the Client's negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defense of such claims. By accepting delivery of Rental Items, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions shown on this Agreement. 2. Order Consent. The Client authorizes the conversion of the quote to order by telephone or electronic communication. A physical signature is not required from the Client to confirm the order. Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before you submit your payment. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or the "User") and It's Always Picnic Time ("we"). By using our online services made available at https://www.itsalwayspicnictime.com/ or such other address as may be used by It's Always Picnic Time. User agrees to comply with all of the : (i) Terms; and (ii) It's Always Picnic Time Privacy Policy, found at https://www.itsalwayspicnictime.com, and incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must cease using the Services (as defined below) and the Website. These Terms constitute an agreement between It's Always Picnic Time and you and contain the entire terms of your use of the Website and Services, and all matters which are referred to herein. These Terms supersede any prior written or oral agreement relating to such matters.
