Signature Picnic Seating: Features a custom-made picnic table for two guests. Elegant Table Setting: Includes gold flatware, linen napkins, premium disposable plates, and wine/champagne glasses. Comfortable Furnishings: Rugs or blankets and an assortment of floor cushions for ultimate comfort. Romantic Lighting: Decorative light accents to enhance the romantic atmosphere. Floral Accent: A small floral arrangement to add a touch of elegance. Drink Station: Includes ice, mineral water, and two non-alcoholic beverages. Basket with chips, crackers, nuts, and a mini jar of jam. Standing roses on the sand are not included in the package but can be added as an optional add-on. Booking Information: To book your Sunset Picnic, select your desired date and time, then complete the booking form. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time slot. The remaining balance must be paid within 72 hours before the picnic. Locations: We offer picnics in Monroe County, Hollywood Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and West Palm Beach for an additional cost. Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms By approving a quote, submitting payment, accepting delivery, or using our services, the Client agrees to these Terms. A physical signature is not required. Payment A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the event. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. The Client confirms they are authorized to use the payment method provided. Cancellations All payments are non-refundable and remain as credit for a future service. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the invoice. No-shows are charged in full. Weather Outdoor events are subject to rain, wind, and other conditions. We may adjust the setup, change the location, or reschedule for safety. Weather-related changes made within 48 hours may incur a 30% fee. No refund or rescheduling is available once the event has started. The Client is responsible for weather-related damage to rental items. Rental Items and Damages The Client is responsible for all rental items and for damage, loss, misuse, excessive cleaning, or actions caused by the Client or their guests. Damage fees may include: Tablet: $300 Cushion: $50 Rug: $180 Blanket: $40 Food and Beverages Outside food and drinks are permitted, except red wine. The Client is responsible for complying with all alcohol laws and assumes responsibility for alcohol consumption and guest behavior. Event Rules Packages are provided as listed. Changes may require a custom quote. The Client is responsible for permits, venue fees, and location regulations. Events begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the reservation. Smoking or vaping is prohibited on or near rental items. Cleaning or smoking fees may range from $50 to $250. Liability Participation is voluntary and at the Client’s own risk. The Client releases and agrees to indemnify Icons Intelligent Consulting Corp., DBA It’s Always Picnic Time, its owners, and employees from claims, injuries, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from the event, rental items, Client negligence, guest behavior, travel, alcohol use, or property damage. These Terms, the approved quote, invoice, Privacy Policy, and any addenda constitute the entire agreement.
