Prices start at $500 and will vary depending on the Add-on.

Cancellation Policy

This Master Rental Agreement (Agreement), dated as on this form, is by and between Icons Intelligent Consulting Corp/DBA Its Always Picnic Time and the party listed herein (Client). In consideration of renting and use of the equipment described herein (the Rental Items), It's Always Picnic Time and The client agrees as follows: 1. Scope of Master Agreement. This Agreement makes the sole agreement between the Client and It's Always Picnic Time. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Its Always Picnic Time harmless for any claims from the Client use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the Client's negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defense of such claims. By accepting delivery of Rental Items, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions shown on this Agreement. 2. Order Consent. The Client authorizes the conversion of the quote to order by telephone or electronic communication. A physical signature is not required from the Client to confirm the order. Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before you submit your payment. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or the "User") and It's Always Picnic Time ("we"). By using our online services made available at https://www.itsalwayspicnictime.com/ or such other address as may be used by It's Always Picnic Time. User agrees to comply with all of the : (i) Terms; and (ii) It's Always Picnic Time Privacy Policy, found at https://www.itsalwayspicnictime.com, and incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must cease using the Services (as defined below) and the Website. These Terms constitute an agreement between It's Always Picnic Time and you and contain the entire terms of your use of the Website and Services, and all matters which are referred to herein. These Terms supersede any prior written or oral agreement relating to such matters. We may change these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion and without notice, and you agree to be bound by such changes. You should periodically review this site for such changes. Nothing in the Terms shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. The terms of the Agreement by It's Always Picnic Time, are as follows: Liability I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN AND/OR VOLUNTEERING AT THIS ACTIVITY OR EVENT including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons. I will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity or event and release from liability and waive my right to sue Its Always Picnic Time, its owners, and its employees from all claims, including claims, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death), intoxication, or economic loss I may suffer or any of the guest or which may result from my participation in this Activity, travel to and from the Activity (including air travel), or any events incidental to this Activity”. It's Always Picnic Time reserves the right to monitor and control all private functions. In the event there is any damage to our rentals, the client agrees that it will be responsible for all costs, damages, and repairs incurred. Payments By using the payment platform, you confirm that the credit card used for the transaction is under the name of the entity/individual listed as the account owner. You hereby agree to provide It's Always Picnic Time with any documentation, including bank details, credit card copy, and identification documents required in order to process and ensure the legality of the transaction. Upon acceptance of the quote/invoice, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required in advance. Final payment will be due (1) a week prior to the event date. Beverage & Food Policy We provide water, non-alcoholic beverages, and an ice bucket. You are welcome to bring your own food & drinks with the exception of red wine (stains our furniture). Please be aware that if you or your guests bring alcohol to the picnic, it is the client’s responsibility to research the rules & regulations if alcohol is permitted. Any repercussions or actions under the influence are the full responsibility of the client. Cancellations If for any reason (Including Covid-related) a cancellation is needed for your event/ rental. We will gladly reschedule for a different date. Any amount paid will stay on your account as a credit to be used for a future event or service provided by us. This included cancellations for location problems, time slots, and staff availability. All deposits are non-refundable, with no exceptions. All cancellations received less than 72 hours before the event will result in a 50% additional fee on the total invoice. Weather conditions: During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.), It's Always Picnic Time reserves the right to cancel the Client’s reservations and request rescheduling to a new date in the future. Its Always Picnic Time will give the Lessee/Client the option to receive the unit(s) at his/her own risk if there is severe weather on the day of the rental. If renting Its Always Picnic Time unit(s), the Customer agrees to take full responsibility for keeping such units safe and out of reach of the water. If any or all units rented suffer any water damage due to rain, water, or negligence of the Client, the Client will be responsible to pay Its Always Picnic Time $300 per damaged tablet, $50 per damaged cushion, $180 per damaged rugs, $40 per damaged blankets to cover repair costs and restoring of the unit. If you have already booked and later discover it is going to rain, we will always try to accommodate last-minute location changes (e.g. to an indoor location). If we advise about weather conditions, you have up to 48 hours before the event date to decide on alternative arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event. Last-minute rescheduling (less than 48 hours) will result in a 30% additional fee on the total invoice. Schedule The event will start and end at the time slot originally assigned; It will be at our discretion to extend the time. If you run late, It's Always Picnic Time won't be obligated to prolong or extend the time. Inclement weather can delay delivery times and starting times. Non-shows There will be a 100% charge for no-shows. If you do not show up for the scheduled event, no refund will be issued, as our ability to fill the seat(s) will have been lost. Unexpected weather: No refunds or rescheduling, if it starts and there is bad weather at any point during my picnic reservation. Non-smoking policy. Its Always Picnic Time prohibits guests, from smoking in any of the rentals. This No smoking policy covers the use of but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. Smoking - Odor only: $50* A smoking “odor only” fee can be charged for a lingering smoke scent that requires removal. Smoking - Odor with evidence: $150* A smoking “odor with evidence” fee can be charged for smoke scent removal and cleaning of physical remnants of smoking (eg. ash, cigarette butts, etc.) Multiple cleaning issues: $250* A “multiple” cleaning fee can be charged for any combination of cleaning, smoking, and/or pet hair issues. Time is of the essence of this Contract. It's Always Picnic Time may, without notice or liability to you, can monitor any rented Item(s) at any time during the event. If any performance required of us is rendered impractical as a result of any act or omission of any customer or another provider (s) or any “Act of God” (e.g., any event, fact, or circumstance beyond our reasonable control), we will be excused from such performance. If labor is required in connection with your intended use of any Item(s), you will be solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in case of an accident. This Contract, together with any Addenda we may provide (all of which are incorporated herein), represent the entire agreement between you and It's Always Picnic Time, superseding all other agreements and representations, including without limitation, our website and advertising. The terms of this Contract are severable. If any of the term(s) hereof shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such term(s) will be modified only as necessary to make them enforceable, or if such modification proves impossible, deleted, and the remainder of this Contract will remain valid and in full force and effect.
